Ombuds Office, with assistance from the Office of the President, offered Mason team a professional development retreat from conflict to conversation led by Luke Archer. He is an Irish-born specialist in communication and education and is the founder of Verbal Aikido. In hosting this event the Ombuds Office aspires to bolster a supportive working and learning climate at Mason. Our valued Mason team members from different units attended the event. We had two retreat cycles here is a picture after the certificate completion of retreat cycle 2 (Nov 3 & 4 2022).
