Mason Resources

In alignment with its four fundamental principles, the Office of the Ombudsperson is an independent resource for informal dispute resolution and problem-solving services only. As such, formal complaints or inquiries must be taken to other offices. During your visit with the Ombuds Office, you may be recommended to contact another Mason office or service that might be of help to your situation.

Below is a selection of offices and services the Ombuds may refer you to. Feel free to explore these services yourself.

Southside dining hall and adjacent dorms. The trees in the area are all reds or yellows from fall.
Wilkins Plaza near Fenwick Library. The concrete ridge between them forms a wavy line, next to which are benches and surfaces for students to advertize activities.
